Returns Policy

In order to enhance your shopping experience at Acixo, we provide a worry-free policy for returning some products (excluding gifts) after receiving(for example, don’t like the product or order the wrong product). You can apply for return within 15 days after receiving the goods.

Notes:

  1. For non-quality issues (such as personal reasons), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties incurred in the return process.
  2. The returned product must be the same as the package sent and the product is not damaged (outer package not opened, product not used, Windows not activated, etc.) and does not affect sales.
  3. For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear/swimwear/earrings/diving supplies with breathing valves/hygiene products that come into direct contact with the mouth/health and beauty salon supplies are not included in this return.
  4. Customized items (e.g., printing customer’s logo, custom sizes) are not covered by this warranty.
  5. If you do not want to pay high import duties for returned packages, please avoid DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and other courier services.
